These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and participation in retreats offered by Beth Linguri, Daniela Norris, and Sonia Sarina, based in the canton of Vaud, Switzerland. By booking and attending a retreat, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

1. Booking Process

1.1 Participants book retreats through a Google Form provided on the retreat page, which includes a Stripe payment link.

1.2 Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment via Stripe. Partial payments or deposits are not accepted.

1.3 Payment methods offered through Stripe include credit cards and other available options.

1.4 Participants are responsible for booking their own accommodations at the retreat location, Château de Bossey, if they wish, at their own cost and responsibility. Accommodations can be booked by contacting Château de Bossey directly and referring to this retreat. Participants are advised to book accommodations only after January 31st and upon receiving confirmation from the organizers that the retreat will go ahead.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Refunds are available for cancellations made on or before January 31st, subject to a 5% transaction fee to cover processing costs.

2.2 Cancellations made after January 31st are non-refundable.

2.3 Bookings may be transferred to another participant, subject to prior notice. Bookings cannot be transferred to a future retreat.

 

3. Retreat Details

3.1 The retreat package includes daily workshops and lunch. Participants may choose between attending Saturday only, Sunday only, or both days.

3.2 No special conditions, such as minimum age or fitness levels, are required for participation.

3.3 Transportation, accommodation, and additional meals are not included and are the responsibility of the participant.

 

4. Changes and Cancellations by the Organizer

4.1 Retreats may be canceled due to insufficient participation (announced by January 31st) or unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters. In such cases, refunds will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee.

4.2 While retreat locations will not be changed, schedules and instructors may be adapted without prior notice.

4.3 The organizers reserve the right to make adjustments to the schedule as needed.

 

5. Participant Responsibilities

5.1 Participants are responsible for their own travel insurance if desired. The retreat does not provide insurance coverage for participants.

5.2 The organizers are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or loss/damage to personal property during the retreat. Participants attend and participate at their own risk.

5.3 Participants must ensure that they book their accommodations at Château de Bossey only after January 31st and upon receiving confirmation that the retreat will go ahead.

 

6. Payments

6.1 All payments must be made in full at the time of booking via Stripe.

6.2 Bookings are only confirmed once full payment is received. Partial payments or incomplete bookings will not be processed.

 

7. Legal Jurisdiction

7.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland, specifically the canton of Vaud.

7.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or the retreats shall be resolved exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts in the canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
